The headphones work and its just the mic that does not. The microphone will not work even when I have it set as default and have tried for hours to get it to work. I use an adapter as my computer only has one headphone port and not a microphone one. While still in the Recording tab, try speaking into your microphone to test if it works properly. I have a logitech g230 that is brand new. Select the microphone you’re using and click Set Default.
